Overall a good experience. The car was very nice, and the driver was capable and helped with unexpected drop off points without a hitch, but the promised red carpet treatment did not happen, and the requested step stool was not provided.

Very pleased with Christopher’s attentive service, careful driving and avoidance of a big wreck on the Florida Turnpike that would have cost us and you at least an hour, perhaps two.

Vehicle would our choice in the future.

Did not appreciate getting “dinged” another 30 bucks for a five minute stop at PUBLIX and yes it was no more than 5 minutes. given that we are very good customers.

We had no food in the fridge and no car until ENTERPRISE picked us up the following morning.

Val Is a great driver and human being

I performed at Ckub Med last week, and on the day of my departure , I slipped and fracturd my pelvis.
Val, who drove me both ways was very helpful as I was on crutches and PBI does not offer curbside pick up for wheel chairs for some strange reason. He rolled me in with my luggage and made the ordeal a little easier, a lot easier. Thanks Val, you are the best!!!!!!
